... but I'm very much looking forward to being able to teach you face to face, again from September. There will still be some Zoom classes available for those who can't make it face to face, and the timetable will be updated during August keep checking back.

If you have not practised with me before, it is essential that I know more about you and your yoga experience. Please contact me to discuss which class or subscription will work best for you.
If you have previously attended my classes, please make payment to the account detailed in the Payment section below.
What's in the classes?
Yang/Yin - half hatha half yin (see below), mixed level. A balanced workout for energising and relaxing.
Intermediate Hatha – for more experienced students, stronger asana practice and includes flow yoga. Great for strength, flexibility and a varied practice.
Mixed Level Hatha - Between beginners and intermediate, with less flow work, options given in poses for different abilities. Ideal for a combination of stretch and balance.
Yin, mixed level - suitable for both beginners and more experienced students. Working into the deeper tissues of the body, i.e. the joints, fascia (the connective tissue) and ligaments, A mainly floor-based practice and is suitable for most levels of flexibility. A deeply reflective and restorative practice.
Beginners Yoga Whether you're new to yoga, or you've done some before but you haven't practiced for a while, this is the class for you. A Steady and accessible class which will teach you yoga foundations. We will use props and use any modifications needed to meet everyone's needs.
