In Person Classes

Zoom (online) classes and subscriptions
If you have not practised with me before, it is essential that I know more about you and your yoga experience. Please contact me to discuss what will work best for you; send a message telling me what yoga you’ve done in the past, if any, and outline your general health plus any injuries or medical conditions you have. If you are totally new to yoga I can do a 1:1 session with you on Zoom before deciding the best way forward for further practice.
Mondays: 6.30pm Gentler/Beginners level Yoga: note that this class is recording only until further notice. If you are a complete beginner interested in a course of classes to gain a solid foundation to start yoga from please contact me. I will be launching a beginners course to run from 30th November to 7th December. See workshops and courses page for more details.
Tuesdays: 9am: Yang/Yin practice, half hatha half yin, mixed level
Tuesdays: 6.30pm Intermediate Hatha – for more experienced students, stronger asana practice and elements of flow yoga
Wednesdays: 9am Mixed Level Hatha: between beginners and intermediate, but a little less flow yoga
Fridays: 9am Yin, mixed level - suitable for beginners and more experienced students. Yin is a form of yoga where the focus is on working into the deeper tissues of the body, i.e. the joints, fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place) and ligaments, rather than the muscles. It is a mainly floor-based practice and is very versatile to all levels of flexibility. As poses are held for minutes rather than several breaths, this is a very deep and nourishing practice which also helps us to get fully in touch with our mental and emotional state as well as our physical one.
In addition to the above I provide two half hour recorded classes for monthly or weekly susbscribers, and an extended live class of Yin and Restorative yoga every third Saturday of the month.
