This six week video course aims to give those new to yoga a solid foundation on which to build a lasting practice.
You will receive a course video each week after signing up, giving you a full spectrum of key elements which are essential basics for those new to yoga.
In addition to the videos the course includes a 1hr personal consultation via Zoom to address any questions or to do some practice with direct guidance.

A chilled out session where we consider the wisdom of man's best friend! Be more dog! If you've never considered the canine condition as yogic, you're in for a surprise - your dog is a beautiful embodiment of yoga.
This is a charity class, with all funds going to a local animal rescue centre. Donations are not compulsory, but would be appreciated from all who can afford to make them, whether class subscribers or those paying for this as a single class. I
